Follow mostly a Paleo diet and train at DefinitionKick in Bradenton, Florida

Trashed all of the old training pages today.  Too much old material and not very relevant.  Starting afresh on this page with a new log — in LIFO order

September 14, 2012 — Full body set.  (3 sets of lunges with weight vest, 3 sets of pushups, 3 sets of knee raise with bands and weight vest, 3 sets of curls, 3 sets of side kicks with bands and weight vest, 3 sets of tricep raises, 3 sets of roundhouse kicks with weigh vest and bands, 3 sets of lateral raises, 2 sets of crunches with 10-bound medicine ball)

    Lotsa weird brain stuff happens with diet sodas. Water, water, water!

      Cef — I agree. Hard to just drink water at a bar, ergo the diet coke.
